Questions
The Things People Ask Before They Apply.
How is this different from a normal personal trainer?
A trainer runs your hour. This runs your week. Training is one of eight pillars — nutrition, recovery, stress, labs, accountability and identity get the same attention, because the hour in the gym is rarely what was broken.
I've tried coaching before and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?
Most programs hand you a plan and hope you can carry it. We build the system around the life you already have, then revise it when that life changes. Nothing here depends on you having a perfect quarter.
Do I need to already be in shape to apply?
No. Most clients start well outside the shape they want. What matters is that you're willing to be coached and honest about where you are.
How much time does this actually require each week?
Three to four training sessions of 45 to 60 minutes, plus a short weekly check-in. Executive clients regularly run the whole thing in under four hours a week.
Is this in-person or online?
Coaching is remote by design, so it travels with you. In-person sessions are available for clients local to the area.
What's the investment?
Programs are priced by scope and length of engagement. Exact figures are shared on the strategy call, once we know what you actually need — we don't quote a number before we understand the work.
What happens after I apply?
You'll hear back within two business days with a link to a short discovery call. If it's a fit, we schedule the strategy session and start. If it isn't, we'll say so.
Still Deciding?
Ask on the Call.
Every application includes a free strategy call. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether Lionhearted is the right fit.
Applications are reviewed personally to ensure the right fit.
Spots are limited. We only accept clients we know we can help.
